Small-sized sensors Signal MT-100, MT-101, etc.

Small-sized pressure sensors of the MT 100 series
- The sensors work with indicating and recording equipment, regulators and other automation devices, including in systems of automatic control, regulation and control of technological processes of explosion-proof and explosive industries, as well as at nuclear power facilities (UAE).
- Designed for continuous proportional conversion of the pressure of liquids and gases into a unified current output signal.
- In terms of resistance to mechanical influences, the sensors correspond to the version VI according to GOST 12997-84.
- The degree of protection against water and dust is IP65 according to GOST 14254-96.
- Sensors are available reconfigurable and single-limit.
- The small-sized MT-101-M1 sensor belongs to the "Low cost" price segment and is intended for wide use in water and heat supply systems, installations in gas equipment systems and other industrial systems and equipment.
- The upper limit of the measured pressure varies from 10 kPa to 250 MPa according to the normal range. Depending on the design, the sensors are used to convert pressure into an electrical signal by strain-resistive converters of KNS or CNC structures of their own production. This makes it possible to use non-standard, high-resistance sensing elements that significantly reduce energy consumption. The output signal is a voltage signal of 0.4-2V or 0-2V (optional).Supply voltage 3.2-5.6V. The sensor has high metrological characteristics - the main reduced error is 0.25% VPI, the total error in the operating temperature range is 0.5% VPI. Sensors of the MT 101-E series are designed to measure excess (DI), absolute (DA) pressure, vacuum (DV) and excess pressure-vacuum (DIV), differential pressure (DD) (optional). The design provides electronic zero correction. At the request of the customer, the connection dimensions and connector can be changed.
